Greetings from Banff

This is going to be fun. We just got into Banff this afternoon and the mountains are big and the temps are low, like single digits. Blog-n-dogs is going to give me a full helping of geek over the next few days. Right now in Kris Krug's room there are 7 people, 8 computers and quite inexplicably, a double turntable with a mixer.

Northern Voice 2006

If last year was any indication, Northern Voice 2006 in Vancouver BC (Feb. 10-11) will be an excellent event for bloggers. I went last year and had a great time and met lots of cool and interesting people. What more could you want for $30 a day ($50 for both days) and that's Canadian dollars! Do it for me! I wish I could go...

Congrats to the Olympic Blog Vendors

My friends a few miles north in Vancouver Canada have been approved as vendors of weblog services for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. This means they can bid on contracts that could enable them to build blogs for the teams, coaches, fans, etc. Very cool- and nice to know the Olympics folks are thinking ahead.
