Lee and Sachi, you guys are awesome! Thanks for doing all that work. I've added this link to the forums on the thirty day challenge (http://thirtydaychallenge.com) as a resource to explain what social bookmarking is to newbies.
I've also asked for them to help you out by giving you the "social treatment" (digg, delicious, stumbleupon, facebook link sharing, etc).

On delicious.com, is it possible to link the bookmarked sites to the user(s) who added them? For example, if I had an account named "JohnDoe" and I saved "privatewebsite.com" to Delicious, could other users look at the privatewebsite.com bookmark and see that JohnDoe added it?

As an corporate trainer and instructional designer and am intimately familiar with the challenges of teaching a professional audience. There needs to be a balance between fun and professionalism. They (the Boos and yeas) are certainly fun but do they effectively serve your purposes? As a fellow instructor, I don't feel that they always do.

Well, finally I understand what's behind social bookmarking. It's getting increasingly hard to keep up with the evolution of the internet. It's funny, I actually used del ic ous out of curiosity and in the process of adding psychic readings sites to my "tags", I have inadvertently created social bookmarking in this genre. Additionally, I have seen in the search engine results, pages from del ic ious using psychic readings the search term. I think the lightbulb went off, it was just a little dim at the time. But thanks to this informative video by Lee, ideas are shining much more brightly. Great! I'll be checking back.

thank you very much and more of your wisdom please. still is confused with tages and bundles, it get a bit messy after importing firefox bookmarks into del.icio.us. Lot of tags got it messy. should we not care about the mess (cost from giving a bookmark, a full descriptive tags+possibility tags), since we have our blog anyway (for the best stuff)? or is it bundle function job? or just plain knowledge management skills?

Also, earlier, Jenny asked: "I use del.icio.us all the time but still can't figure how to have separate accounts on the one machine. What am I missing?"
I actually found a solution for that. If you use the Firefox web browser, there's a great add-on called del.icio.us complete:

That allows you to manage multiple del.icio.us accounts, among other things.

I'm surely going to use del-ici0-us.
Very nice...
Social bookmarking is certainly the wave of the future. Maybe another video on which sites to use and which sites to avoid. There are so many these days.

Thank you for keeping it simple
Well, finally I understand what's behind social bookmarking. It's getting increasingly hard to keep up with the evolution of the internet. It's funny, I actually used del ic ous out of curiosity and in the process of adding psychic readings sites to my "tags", I have inadvertently created social bookmarking in this genre. Additionally, I have seen in the search engine results, pages from del ic ious using psychic readings the search term. I think the lightbulb went off, it was just a little dim at the time. But thanks to this informative video by Lee, ideas are shining much more brightly. Great! I'll be checking back.
Excellent video!
A very simplified look at social bookmarking. I enjoyed this thoroughly. Well played!
Nice work!
Nice video, I really enjoyed it and I learned a little more about del.icio.us

am not very smart. please do Video: Del.icio.us in Plain English
thank you very much and more of your wisdom please. still is confused with tages and bundles, it get a bit messy after importing firefox bookmarks into del.icio.us. Lot of tags got it messy. should we not care about the mess (cost from giving a bookmark, a full descriptive tags+possibility tags), since we have our blog anyway (for the best stuff)? or is it bundle function job? or just plain knowledge management skills?
thank you! you are making a big different, help people make best use of existing technologies, each web2.0s should have you in their sales pitch point 1!

Use CamelText or HumpbackText or whatever it's called
People don't understand that they should make their tags OneWord so that it doesn't split them up and make them incomprehensible (like "the best website" is a very silly tag).
Thank
