How to Buy - Step-by-Step Guide
Purchasing and downloading Common Craft videos is easy. The steps below will help you understand each step. If you need to make an offline purchase, we're happy to help. Just contact us.
1. When you're ready to purchase a video or pack of videos, you'll click "Add to Cart" on the page displaying the video you'd like to purchase.
2. You'll use this page to select the appropriate license, format and languages (when applicable). If you need help with these selections, see our overview page.
Once the selections above are made, you will click "Add to Cart" again to see the products displayed on the shopping cart screen below. From here, you can close the page to keep shopping, or checkout by selecting a payment option.
4. If you're paying by credit card (our most popular option), you'll be required to fill out normal credit card information on a page like the one below.
5. Once the transaction is complete, you'll be able to download the video(s) immediately using the link(s) displayed on the page below.
6. After clicking "Click Here" (above) your computer will ask what you'd like to do with the file. You want to "Save" it.
7. You will also receive an email with the download link and receipt information. In most cases, the download link expires in 5 days, so please download the files immediately.
