Nice work
Strong work on the voice-over, there, Sachi. The, uh, art is getting more sophisticated too. Don't get too fancy there, eh? I think part of the appeal is in the simplicity.
Fancy
Sachi thanks you Darren. :-) We both really appreciate the feedback. Can you give us an example or two of what feels too fancy? Maybe the buildings like the capitol building? Just want to be sure we understand...
Lovely.
Very well done, as usual. And Sachi has a nice voice. (Not to discredit the previous videos' voice work, of course!)
But, uhm, it looks like categorical is misspelled every time. Is it a problem with the video resolution?
Spelling
Hi Alejandro,
Thanks for the kind words. I can see what you mean and can assure you that "categorical" is spelled correctly. I think it appears like there are two "L"s thanks to blip.tv's flash transcoding.
New voice!!
Great going Sachi. I love your vioce.Very clear and clean.
No stop and starts just good old diction. You can tell you aren't from the south
Great work--both on the
Great work--both on the video and on your voice-over, Sachi! Very clear and simple, which school finance decidedly is not.
Complex topic presented well
Nice job you two! I was just talking to a friend of mine about how there's a lack of understanding of basic civics and how we can impact it. Great work! (And youthnoise does some great stuff too -- heard about them through ypulse.)
Really interesting way of setting out groundwork
I could see this style of explanation being very useful for introducing 'participatory budgeting' projects in England.
Would work really well as the opener to a workshop which then made use of some of the symbols used in the video...
good info
thanks for this vid, i am from california but have never heard of this school. i will try and find more info about it now.
How long does it take to actually make the video
This video is so very cool looking. It looks like it must take a long time to make, or do you have killer software or equipment that makes it a breeze?
Great Vide & even better explanation
I used your video on my post to explain how property taxes work and how homeowners can request for a decrease in their property tax bill if their property values have come down.
Excellent information

I found your voice very
I found your voice very fascinating, as usual, keep going your voice will surely help the youth, to really make the difference. Whether it is educational field, forex tradingor IT, it will indeed encourage youth to be on the top with their moral values.
or..
or maybe they have experience, know how and a decent software?
The software alone won't do the work

Great inspiration!
I just bump into this site search for some inspiration for youth career videos and I must say that this video is simple and effective. We are trying to make a similar forex trading training video for university students and had similar ideas as well. I think the concept will work very well with youth and young adults.
E-learning platform in the Leonardo da Vinci project "i-learn"
The i-learn project will develop a self-funded Trans-European Online Creative Art Craft and Design Centre to support the delivery of online courses developed by the partners.
The online centre will be attractive to browsers to encourage them to look further, but also secure so that materials and training can only be accessed by enrolled learners and tutors.
We aim to develop a thriving online educational community around these courses enhancing the development of relevant and innovative e-learning content.
To do this we will develop the e-learning platform and a secure online course management system which will support the online centre, courses students and tutors.
A Trans European Online Centre means that a high level of support for tutors and writers can be developed, and it will also allow students and tutors from all participating countries and courses to communicate with each other.
If you are interested in finding out more about the courses or would like to find out more about joining the i-learn team as a future partner then please contact

Courses at i-learn
The partners in this project are developing a variety of courses to be delivered online with e-mail support. All courses will be in English and the language of the partner developing that course.
They will be piloted from October 2008 and if you are interested in becoming a pilot student on one of these courses then please contact
