Notes: Tax season. Ugh. I know. When we were first contacted by H&R Block we wondered if tax preparation was something that would be a good fit. However, after seeing Tango for the first time, it made sense and we were impressed. The Tango experience is a personal one that's designed around removing the pain of taxes and making it a little fun. We all need more levity, right?

I just discovered your site. Actually, I was alerted to it by somebody who thought that we were connected somehow because the style of our movies are pretty similar. You have me curious now, Lee and Sachi. As small biz owners, can Tango work for us too? Or just households?
Tango for Small Business Owners
Hi Nancy,
I'm the Director of Product Management for Tango. If you are a sole proprietor who files a Schedule C (as part of your individual 1040 return)—then yes, Tango can absolutely work for you! If you have a Partnership, LLC, S-corp, or C-Corp, then, unfortunately, you cannot use Tango--this year anyway.
As an aside, while it's not the same experience as Tango, our TaxCut Home & Business product will handle any of those other situations.

Tango is a bad product
I dont know about anyone else but I have used HR Block for 6 years and never had a problem until I used Tango. What a joke. You guys should put this through more UI Testing and usability before you make this available. The interface was confusing, the live chat slow, and very buggy. I will never use Tango again and think I might even move away from HRBlock now after I was charged $70 for the bad experience.

I wanted so many times to get in contact with a tax expert and didn't know there was such a solution.
