Video: PRWeb in Plain English

Our first client production, this video is focused on PRWeb's newswire service and a concept we call "The River of News." We're so excited to publish our first production. PR Web is currently using the video on their home page (left side).
Being that PRWeb is a news release company we've also created our own news release, complete with embedded photos and the video. We're both interested to see what comes of it, this is the first time we've done a press release.
If you'd like to share the video, you can find the embed code on the brand new "Common Craft Productions" pages on You Tube and Blip.tv.
This is the first of two client productions we'll publish this week. Stay tuned.

That's a terrific video--I particularly like the 'river of news' metaphor.
It's got nothing to do with you guys, but PRWeb is, frankly, way over-promising on what it's good for.

Thanks so much for the kind words everyone. This first project was a challenge and it was a gift to work with folks like Jiyan at PRWeb who were willing to give us a shot as we got started.
Jay - thanks for noticing the audio. We have our settings glued down and I hope we won't have to make any changes for a while. :)
PRweb video: yay! PRweb website: boo!
Fantastic video. I went from having no idea about or interest in PRweb to being really interested and wanting to recommend it to a number of businesses I work with. And, I'm thinking: wow, this is great, I can show people this video and they're going to be interested in this.

Then, unfortunately, I went to the PRweb website. That was big set-back on my experience of their offering. I don't know if I'm going to be able to recommend PRweb to anyone quite yet.
Maybe PRweb isn't really interested in using the web to attract new customers (e.g., maybe they're really focused on up- / cross-selling their services to existing customers)?
PRweb seems really smart to hire Common Craft to explain what their service offers to their customers. But, I hope they hire you again to help them explain how they offer that service, because it ain't clear enough via their website.
