When we look back on the whole blog phenomenon, I think we'll see that tools like Movable Type combined with Blogrolling brought content management systems to the individual.
As Common Craft morphs into the next stage of its evolution, I try to make sure the site reflects the changes. Luckily, the easiest part is getting the copy and links to appear on the site. The hard part is trying to present Common Craft in the most effective way.
You'll see I've recently changed my Services page. Something in my experience that I think differentiates me is that I built and managed an online community that was used as a business tool- something that accomplished specific objectives. I wanted the services to reflect that experience.
Secondly, I've added an online community specific blogroll. There aren't a ton of bloggers writing about online communities- especially managing and using them for business. So, I'm always looking for more. Thanks to Seb Paquet and Joe Cothrel for pointing me to some new ones... If you see others, please let me know...
