This video is a masterpiece in my opinion - especially if you're into  Japanese culture (Sachi is half-Japanese).  It's just so culturally real, so bitingly satirical, so truly funny.  It won awards at the now defunct Resfest in 2003, and now it's on YouTube for your viewing pleasure.

Give it a little while to get rolling - it starts slow and literal.

Wonderful piece, I just

Wonderful piece, I just can't understand the salt part

Hilarious. The salt dish

is kept outside the restaurant to purify the place, ward off bad spirits and enhance the prosperity of the establishment. The act shown here is parody, you're not supposed to touch that salt (who would want to, after having it outside for days or weeks?)
Salt is "shio" in Japanese and thrown by the handful as a ritual by sumo contestants just before the bout.
Salt has other purifying uses around the Japanese hosehold, e.g after a nasty encounter with a landlord or real estate, "shio" may be called for to clean the air.

It's not work for me. ...

It's not work for me. ... don't know why?

As for me very interesting

As for me very interesting video. especially for me - I have never eaten sushi
